Duration: 5 days
With UMTS networks carrying more and more traffic, it becomes critical for operators to obtain the best optimization results to attain their KPIs. This workshop covers the metrics and types of tests used to assess UMTS network performance and presents troubleshooting cases studies. Performance assessment tools are used to collect and analyze data. Protocols and procedures used for the network optimization course will be based on log file analysis and common optimization scenarios.
Who will Benefit:
RF Engineering staff involved in the planning, optimization and maintenance of UMTS networks.
Should have a background in UMTS/WCDMA or have attended the 3G Fundamentals course
Mode of Delivery:
Instructor led classes, simulations using RF tool, tutorial exercise and case study.
